Single Channel Video

This is a digital video that explores the concepts of time, vibration, mutation, fractals, and continual change through the use of generated moving images.

It was first screened at the Punto y Raya Festival held on 3-6 November 2011 at the Museo Reina Sofia in Madrid.

The term flux or fluxion refers to motion, and the video considers time as “a moving image of eternity,” holding that everything is in constant change. As Aristotle once said, “For they say that the movement of a line creates a plane and that of a point a line; likewise, the movements of units will be lines” (De Anima 409 a 4).
